Johnny, a native of Jupiter, discovered his passion for baking at the age of 14. He started his business by going door to door, selling a few loaves, and slowly grew to establish a market in green markets, accompanied by his Grandfather. Johnny then attended Cornell University and pursued a degree in hospitality. During that time, he also perfected his sourdough recipe, experimented with new flavors, and refined the baking process. After graduating from college, the first Bread By Johnny storefront opened in Jupiter in November 2018. As business increased, Johnny opened a wholesale location in May 2025 in West Palm Beach. He wants everyone to share and enjoy the outstanding flavors and health benefits of his sourdough bread throughout Florida. With a wholesale location, Johnny is partnering with local businesses to collaborate and give back to the community where he grew up.
